Originating from the city that lives to chill, our Caldera resembles the city in ways you could not imagine. Giving out the same quintessential vibe of relaxing, it is the calm in the chaos, the little pleasures that matter at the end of the day, resonating and inculcating with each sip, the Cal Way of Life.
OUR BEER
Our Germany style Hefe is refreshing and crisp, with fruity and spicy notes that bombard the senses. You can sip it all day long.
Aroma
Fruity notes with a hint of mandarin and citrus overlay. Mild spice notes and relatively clean.
Ingredients
Water, Malted Barley, Kalted Wheat, Wheat, Hops, Spices, Yeast, CO, & Ethyl Alcohol (Generated in the Process), Natural Extracts Allergen Advice-EE Ingredients in Cold.
Mouthfeel
It is easy drinking, crisp, bubbly & refreshing. The fruitiness comes through as you sip. A very low bitterness which does not stick enhances the drinkability further.
Color and ABV
Golden - 5.0% v/v

Caldera is a beer that began brewing in 2016 and soon became the favourite tipple of the town. Brewed and kegged in three different types, Caldera is best enjoyed in the company of friends but makes for an even better company if you’re alone.
